On Thursday October 1st, Quanam performed the annual induction seminar for new employees, where over 35 new members of staff from all areas participated. This is an opportunity for integration, to meet and strike relations with the workforce, and to obtain first-hand information.
During this day, partners, managers of business units and staff in charge of several support areas made a brief presentation to transmit an overview of the company, their mission and values, internal organization and their business units.
The managers of each unit presented their working team, the career plan, major customers, projects already completed and how they have contributed to their customers’ innovation, competitiveness and efficiency improvement. Meanwhile, partners sought to motivate new members of staff by fostering fluent exchanges and everyone’s participation.
Quanam places special emphasis on this type of innovative initiatives to transmit the organizational culture to all their employees, with the aim of promoting sense of belonging and teamwork to achieve overall goals.
